Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all private events and private dining reservations. The deposit amount will be communicated at time of booking and applied toward your total balance. Cancellations are subject to the following schedule: More than 30 days before the event: Full refund of payments made beyond the deposit. Deposit is retained. 14–30 days before the event: 50% of the total contract value is retained by Dorsia Pasta Co. Remaining balance refunded. 7–13 days before the event: 75% of the total contract value is retained. Remaining balance refunded. Less than 7 days before the event: No refund. Full contract value is retained by Dorsia Pasta Co. Rescheduling requests made more than 14 days before the event will be honored subject to availability at no additional charge. Rescheduling requests made less than 14 days before the event are subject to a rescheduling fee of 25% of the total contract value. Dorsia Pasta Co. reserves the right to cancel any event due to circumstances beyond our control. In this case a full refund of all payments including the deposit will be issued within 10 business days.
